“Using AI in research from the perspective of intellectual property”

Bohdan Widła holds a PhD in Law and is an assistant professor at the Chair of Intellectual Property Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University (UJ). He is also a member of the Critical Heritage Studies Hub. Until 2023, he worked as a legal counsel specialising in new technologies law.
