“Introduction to AI based on neural networks”

Michał Marczyk received Ph.D. and D.Sc. degrees in the biomedical engineering discipline from the Silesian University of Technology. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Silesian University of Technology, an Adjunct Assistant Professor with Yale University, and a specialist in statistical data analysis, machine learning, and deep learning with strong applications in biomedicine. He proposed many data processing and analysis tools, including elements of mathematical modeling and statistics, to accurately interpret biological results and constructed several biological models of various diseases. He is a co-author of over 60 impact factor journal papers and 30 book chapters. He was involved in more than 20 scientific projects in the fields of molecular biology and bioinformatics.
