María Salud García-Gutiérrez is an Associate Professor and senior researcher at the Instituto de Neurociencias (Miguel Hernández University–CSIC) in Alicante, Spain. Her work focuses on translational neuropsychopharmacology, with a particular interest in the neurobiological mechanisms underlying psychiatric and neurological disorders, including the role of neuromodulatory systems such as the endocannabinoid system in behavior, stress, and addiction.
